Our Wellness Membership is designed for you to safely perform yoga, breathing exercises, and more with our training videos, printable how-to guides, and special live events. You will be lead through a series of videos and guided tutorials to alleviate back and neck pain, reduce stress levels, and build strength safely from the comfort of your home.

Here you’ll find classes for all levels of skill and ability. From yoga to strength training, meditation to tapping our Wellness membership is here to help address many aspects of mind-body wellbeing.

Something unique about our membership is we have Jeanette Conery, Yoga Therapist who has added series designed to treat chronic back pain, hip pain, shoulder issues, and more. She continues to add comprehensive series to heal your body. We continue to add stretching and yoga from a variety of local instructors.

We have beginning meditation practices, guided Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) exercises for stress and sleep, as well as breathwork for soothing the nervous system.

Fitness is a big part of wellbeing! We offer strength training that can take you from the couch to a healthy lifestyle. You’ll be able to start working out without any equipment! You’ll be able to scale the workouts from no equipment to full weights!
