Hip Balance Mini-Series 1

This self-massage sequence is done on a very firm foam roller. Whatever your reason for seeking the Hip Balance Miniseries, this is a great place to start.

If you have severe pain or restriction in your hips and/or low back, do this sequence four times per week until the massage intensity has become bearable. Then reduce the frequency to twice per week for maintenance, while beginning the movement portion of the Hip Balance Series.
